Inevitably you connect the name Dieter Hildebrandt to Lach-und Schieß-Gesellschaft. In 1952 he was a co-founder and in 1956 the institution was renamed as a paragram for the former „Wach-und Schließgesellschaft“. The current ensemble (2007) consists of Sonja Kling, Ecco Meineke and Thomas Wenke. Besides the running performances of the ensemble the Lach- und Schießgesellschaft on Ursulastraße in Munich near Münchner Freiheit provides a forum for other cabaret artists and Comedians.
