Conviva at Blaues Haus provides integrative structures and employs handicapped people. The concept of the „Cooperative protective working places“ has already been adapted successfully in Laim since 1995.
In the centre the cooperation also goes very well, since Conviva at Blaues Haus has gained a reputation beyond being just the cafeteria of the Kammerspiele.
